Muay Thai is such an effective combative art form that it was used to keep Thailand from being colonized. Now known as one of the most dominant forms of sport combat Muay Thai is simple in its approach yet highly explosive in its delivery. Todays Muay Thai is perfect for fitness, self
defense, and also anyone looking to add something to the own personal arsenal. This class is an hour non contact and all levels welcomed.

BOXING

Boxing also known as the sweet science.This class will focus on proper stance, footwork, defense, offense, cardio strength and endurance.You will use the same tools that professionals use to train. Heavy bags, boxing mitts, jump ropes. This class offers a full body work-out and will target that excess body fat and make you leaner and stronger.

JIU-JUTSU

Originally from Japan, Jiu Jitsu is the unarmed Martial art of the Samurai. It focuses on leverage, control, small and large joint manipulation, ground fighting and chokes. This class has contact and is open to all levels.

Competitive Training

You will enjoy training in Boxing, Muay Thai,or MMA. This class will prepare you to compete as an amateur or professional fighter. Whether you decide to compete or just train to be ready, you will find this training well worth your time. Training includes roadwork, Pad Training, Clinching, Sparring, and Heavy Bag Training. Join us on Monday and Wednesday’s for this 1 ½ hour intense experience. You can look forward to finishing the week strong with a 2 hour workout on Fridays.

This class has contact, and is open to all Levels.

Fitness and Conditioning

Running, jumping, lifting ,throwing, sandbags, tires, kettlebells, plyo’s oh my. This class has everything you need to feel empowered and is an overall kickass workout. This class is an hour during the week and an hour and a half on Saturday. Enjoy a non combative experience with all levels welcome.

Shoes required

Dumbbells and Kettlebells

You will perform high intensity circuit training with dumbbells and kettlebells. This 1 hour experience will strengthen your entire body thus giving you the ability to perform all your daily life tasks with ease. We recommend this class for all levels.
